These Terms and Conditions govern the owner’s use of OracleView and its connections to authorized trading services. OracleView is a private, personal-use application and is not made available to the general public. By using OracleView, the owner accepts these terms and remains responsible for all account activity and trading decisions.
1 Acceptance
By accessing or using OracleView, the owner agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If the owner does not agree, the application and its broker connections should not be used.
2 Private Personal Use
OracleView is developed and maintained for the owner’s private use. It is not offered, sold, licensed, subscribed to, commercially distributed, or made available as a public service. It does not provide public registration, customer accounts, investment services, or third-party access.
3 Authorized Accounts Only
The owner may connect only accounts the owner is legally authorized to access and must comply with all applicable broker, exchange, evaluation-provider, and proprietary-trading-firm agreements. The owner is responsible for protecting credentials and devices, confirming that automation and API access are permitted, maintaining any required market-data permissions, reviewing orders and positions, and avoiding infringement of another person’s rights.
4 Trading Risk
Trading futures, foreign exchange, securities, and other leveraged products involves substantial risk and may result in losses exceeding expectations. OracleView does not guarantee profits, successful completion of an evaluation, avoidance of drawdown, uninterrupted connectivity, accurate market data, order execution, or fills at displayed stop or target prices. The owner accepts responsibility for gains, losses, fees, slippage, rejected orders, missed orders, duplicate orders, and account-rule violations.
5 No Professional Advice
OracleView provides tools for private account monitoring, automation, and recordkeeping. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Information shown in the application should not be treated as a recommendation to enter, exit, or size a trade.
6 Simulated and Evaluation Accounts
Results from simulated, demo, paper, challenge, or evaluation accounts are hypothetical and may differ materially from live trading. A label used inside OracleView does not change the legal or contractual classification of an account and does not override a broker’s or evaluation provider’s rules.
7 OAuth and Third Party Services
OracleView may connect to Tradovate and other services through OAuth, APIs, or locally operated bridges. Each provider is governed by its own terms, privacy policy, permissions, fees, and availability. OracleView is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tradovate, FTMO, any exchange, or any other third-party provider unless expressly stated in writing. The owner authorizes only the permissions approved during the connection process.
8 Order Authorization and Controls
When execution or trade copying is enabled, the owner authorizes OracleView to submit or manage orders according to the selected configuration. The owner is responsible for confirming the account and environment, contract or instrument, quantity or lot size, entry logic, stops and targets, schedules, mappings, risk limits, and armed state before trading. Guardrails may reduce operational risk but cannot eliminate trading, software, connection, or configuration risk.
9 Availability and Warranty Disclaimer
OracleView is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranty is made regarding reliability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, compatibility, data quality, or execution performance.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the OracleView owner and developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, or for trading losses arising from use of the application. This includes losses caused by market movement, connectivity failures, stale or inaccurate data, software errors, broker rejection, duplicate or missed orders, incorrect mappings, slippage, service outages, or configuration mistakes.
11 No Transfer or Public Distribution
OracleView may not be copied, transferred, sublicensed, published, resold, commercially distributed, or made available to the public without written authorization and appropriate legal and regulatory review. OAuth access is used solely to authenticate accounts the owner is authorized to use.
12 Changes and Termination
The owner may modify, disable, or discontinue OracleView at any time. Broker access may be disconnected or revoked through OracleView or the connected provider. These terms may be updated when the application’s functionality or connected services change.
13 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the owner’s jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
